As a member of our Bridge Marina team, you will provide support and orientation to guests and boaters, promote a safe and fun boating experience, maintain cleanliness of the docks, grounds, and fleet, and operate powerboats from 18 to 25 feet.
Team members may receive boat and marina training, fun perks, and the opportunity to work with a great team on the water. Starting compensation varies based on skills, ability, and experience. We are seeking both part-time and full-time seasonal, and full-time, year-round applicants.
Gratuities are not included in wages and may vary considerably based on shifts and performance. Advancement and increases are available and encouraged. Additional seasonal ‘Retention Incentives’ may range up to $1,000 or more!
