Second time using this marina, and I know I’ll be coming back!  We always have a great time, and this company makes it so easy.  The staff is unbelievably friendly and truly wants you to enjoy your time! This time our boat was readied by Dylan, who easily struck up a conversation about my Ohio State hat, and when he returned to see us off, he provided me with a lake map with the “M”’s crossed out (if you know, you know!). Stopped in for gas at the end of the day and then my boat would not start.  Within seconds, Mikey shows up with a jump pack in hand and goes right to my battery.  He tried a few things and then ran and got me a brand new battery.  Hooked it up and we were ready to go.  How this young man knew exactly what to do and did it so fast was amazing. This organization was really well run and easy to utilize for the process of boat rentals. What to expect? Online rental form, but make sure you have your boaters safety license ahead of time. If any questions come up call the marina and they will pleasantly help you over the phone. Once the reservation completes, upload documentation and sign off on waiver. On arrival they have carts to load your boating ancillary items (like water floats, coolers, towels, etc.) You will be asked (while on the boat) to finalize a safety video, sign off that all safety gear has been inspected and provided, operation has been reviewed and you're on your way. The staff was friendly and fun and their hospitality was top notch. The engines were extremely quiet and the depth finder on board came into play, the ability to connect to their on board bluetooth radio was a plus. Did a docking lesson with captain John.  It was a great day on the water working on my techniques.   It was a full 3 hours working on pivoting and gear.   John was patient and offered a lot of tips. Excellent experience renting a pontoon on Hopatcong. Dylan and the ops team had us briefed and off the dock safely and efficiently, and we greatly enjoyed the luxury and comfort of the relatively new, spotless, and well appointed boat. We will definitely be back again!

I try to get out on a pontoon 2x a year. Our latest experience with Dylan, just like all our prior rentals with Bridge Marina have been great! We rented a pontoon boat for half-day with friends and our kids and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and professional. The office team was prepared and the start of our trip was seamless. Honestly, such a great experience, gassing up and getting ice at this marina.  The young man who helped us was exceptionally professional and genuinely delivered great customer service. We had an amazing experience dealing with bridge marina. My family scheduled a rental of a pontoon boat for the day while we were staying at the lake. We had scheduled it in advance of our arrival for a Saturday. When we came up to the lake, it was supposed to rain on Saturday. We called and spoke to Chrissy. She was an amazing customer representative to deal with. She rescheduled us for Sunday without any hesitation. She was super friendly and amazingly helpful. When we arrived Sunday morning to pick up the boat, Chrissy was there to great us with a huge smile and fantastic service. The young man that helped us at the boat, was also wonderful (we didn’t get his name) but he was also great. I hope the owner of this business sees this. He has amazing staff that are wonderful to deal with. The boat was immaculate and easy to operate. Chrissy really took care of us. We were coming to lake Hopachong for a long weekend and it was predicted it would rain on Saturday when we had rented a pontoon boat for the family. We called them and they were so accommodating and moved our rental to Sunday when it wasn’t raining. Everyone was super friendly and nice when we went to pick up the boat. The boat was super clean and had everything we needed for a day on the lake. What a great experience. Kathy made check in and registration easy. Everyone made the process smooth and easy. All of the deck hands were helpful and assist you with everything. Honestly it was a piece of cake. We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting a boat from Bridge Marina! The entire process was seamless from start to finish, but what really made our day was the outstanding service. We worked with Ben, who was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to make sure we were completely comfortable with the boat, answered all of our questions, and shared some great local knowledge to help us navigate the lake safely. Courteous, aways had time for me and highly professional...it is my pleasure to refer friends to Bridge Marina to see Roni. I dealt with Roni in Sales to find a second-hand boat. She was terrific. When my first deal fell through, she recommended a similar but better boat that I am delighted with. And she is a real pro when it comes to closing the deal and guiding you with the forms for the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission (new title, registration). A joy to work with.
