Get Your New Jersey Boating Safety Certificate Over Two Evenings
Bridge Marina offers a two-day NJ boating safety course designed for those who want to complete their boating safety certificate over two evening classes.
The state-approved New Jersey boating safety course is held over two nights, with the final exam administered at the end of the second class. All instruction and coursework are completed entirely in class – no homework required.
Participants must attend both nights and the full duration of each class. Late arrivals are not permitted, per state requirements, and may result in loss of course fees.
Instruction and testing are conducted in English. Participants must be sufficiently fluent to understand navigational signs, charts, verbal instructions, and safety procedures.

Cancellation Policy
To keep our class costs reasonable, we’ve created a simple cancellation policy:
- $20 of the course fee is non-refundable
- Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before class
- $20 reschedule fee within 48 hours
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows
- Rescheduled courses are valid for six months
- Failed exams require payment for a new test
