This fantastic Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club fireworks display is an annual event we all look forward to. There’s nothing quite like watching this show from your boat! Show typically begins between 9:00pm and 9:30pm.

Official Rules for Our 2025 Lake Hopatcong Fireworks Photo Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
You agree that, by submitting an entry on Bridge Marina’s Facebook page, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you release all rights to the photos, and your name, for general viewing and use by Bridge Marina, Inc., its subsidiaries, and agents.
By participating in this contest, you completely release Facebook of any liabilities, and acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or Instagram.
Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a current Bridge Marina Dock Slip or Boating Club Member, you are eligible to enter the Contest. Submissions from individuals under 18 years of age can be submitted, but a legal guardian will be required to receive a prize.
Bridge Marina, Inc. employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren), advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to win any of the prizes but are eligible to post photos tagging Bridge Marina.
Winners will be required to show proper identification at the time of the award. Minors will be required to have a guardian to take possession of the award.
Only photos taken by persons posting the material are eligible to win. No copyright material is eligible for posting or winning.
Individuals entering the contest agree to follow Facebook Terms of Service.
How to Enter. You may enter our 2025 Lake Hopatcong Fireworks photo contest beginning at 9:00 PM the day on which the Contest initiates. Contest submissions, as well as votes during the Contest, come to a close at 11:59 PM the day on which the Competition ends.
How to Win. The top photo (judged by the Bridge Marina Team) will win the Photo Contest.
Prizes. Bridge Marina will award one (1) goodie bag of assorted Bridge Marina swag to the winner of the photo contest. (value of approximately $75; prize has no cash value)
Prize Announcement. We will notify the potential winners by phone, e-mail, or direct message and tell them how they can claim their prize. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible postings to Facebook.
Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Contest is Bridge Marina, Inc. 89 Brady Road, Lake Hopatcong, NJ 07849.
Additional Terms. Bridge Marina and their promotional agents reserve the right to remove photos it deems lewd or indecent without notice or explanation. It is at the sole discretion of Bridge Marina what it considers inappropriate and unsuited for general public viewing.
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or suspend or cancel the Contest at any time. Bridge Marina becomes the sole owner of the posted photos and may promote them or use them in promotion without additional permission or credit. Bridge Marina is not responsible for any malfunctions at Facebook or Instagram or with computer equipment, transmission entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.
We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or website; acting in violation of these rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If you use robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Limitation of Liability. By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Bridge Marina, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
