Boating How-To: Pulling the Boat Away from the Dock

Pulling away from a dock is a bit of a complicated maneuver, and there are several ways to go about it. Untying lines from the bow and stern and getting the stern of the boat away from the dock are just a few of the steps to take into consideration. So how do you do that?
